FAQ
Can people report without giving their name?
It depends on the identification policy your organization sets for each type of situation. You decide.
Who sees the reports?
The people your organization assigns, according to their role. Recording each access in an audit trail is part of the design and is still being integrated.
What happens when the free trial ends?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged automatically for the first period and the plan renews each period until you cancel. You keep everything you created during the trial.
How do I cancel?
Cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged. After that you can cancel at any time and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you need help, contact support.
What is charged, and when?
Nothing during the 7-day free trial. When it ends, the Pro price for your country is charged for the first period and then renews each period until you cancel. The price and taxes are shown before you add your card.
What happens to my data if I don't pay?
If the trial ends without a successful payment, your account becomes read-only for 7 days and your data is kept for 30 days. To get a copy of your data or to reactivate your account, contact support.
